Our consulting work often takes one of the following forms:
Project Work: Most of our client work falls into this category: we will develop a proposal tailored to your specific needs and achieve those outcomes through a combination of site visits and remote collaboration. Clients are billed according to the outcomes described in the proposal — so you don’t have to worry about billed hours or exceeding your budget. We will work with you until your needs are met.
Site Visit: We can send a consultant onsite to evaluate your facility and make recommendations about how to align with regulation so you can prepare for your next audit or inspection. This work is billed at a fixed rate.
Hourly Consulting: If you are looking to answer specific questions about the regulatory landscape or have a very targeted need, this may be the fastest solution. We will arrange a meeting to answer your questions so that you can get unstuck and keep moving forward.
